This convenient courtyard apartment is opposite Byron Bay's famous Sunday and gourmet market site, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Byron Bay and Byron Bay beaches, including Belongil Beach and Main Beach, and within walking distance to the current Splendour in the Grass and East Coast Blues and Roots festival, New Years Eve, Byron Triathlon or Byron Bay Writers Festival and A Taste of Byron .

The apartment is fresh, clean and modern. Furnished with contemporary Asian decor. A brand new fully equipped kitchen. It has a lovely sunny courtyard equipped with a BBQ and outdoor dining. The world famous Byron Bay markets are held the 1st Sunday of every month. There you can get great food, fabulous and unique retail items, listen to world class music or just enjoy the ambience. There are also gourmet food markets held there every Thursday morning - including great breakfast items.
The courtyard is fully fenced and safe. There are lovely parks, beaches and cafes just moments away, including Byron Bay's unique rainforest walk (50 metres from your door).

Abide, Byron Bay is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedroom and bathroom linen. All you have to bring is your beach towels and sunblock!

Bookings: A 50 % deposit is required on booking. The balance of monies, along with the bond are due one month before check in. A bond is required from all guests, or a valid credit card to hold against the bond. Large groups must pay up to a $1,500 bond. Bond refunded within one week of check out, subject to no damages and adherence to good conduct. Please note we have a strict NO NOISE policy and parties are definitely not allowed.
