Bookings: A 50 % deposit is required on booking. The balance of monies, along with the bond are due one month before check in. A bond is required from all guests, or a valid credit card to hold against the bond. Large groups must pay up to a $2,000 bond. Bond refunded within one week of check out, subject to no damages and adherence to good conduct. There is a strict NO NOISE POLICY, and we do not allow parties.
